Welcome to Skye’s Fitness
Skye is a Preston personal trainer. After completing high school, Skye worked as a chef gaining valuable experience for a number of years. During this time she realised that her calling was in sports and fitness. Reflecting on the time she spent in the gym, in aerobic classes, playing squash and weight training, Skye decided to change her career focus towards the health and fitness industry. Skye’s humble beginnings started as a gym and aerobics instructor before progressing into personal training.
Skye has worked in the fitness industry since 1999 and despite having worked in many gyms and health clubs, she feels that personal training is the most efficient form of exercise to get RESULTS!
It’s about you and what you need. There are no queues for equipment and no waiting for people to finish.
